Qualcomm Invests in ChinaSan Diego-based Qualcomm has invested in Beijin-based Techfaith Wireless Communications Technology Limited, as part of a $14M VC round. Techfaith's products are based on CDMA2000 technology. Qualcomm has committed to invest up to $100M in strategic investments in China.
