ValueClick Raises Guidance
In further earnings news, Westlake Village-based ValueClick also released its Q2 results yesterday. The company reported $54.6M in revenue, a 58% year to year increase in revenues. Net income for the quarter was $8.1 million. ValueClick also raised its guidance for the year to $269-279 million and an EPS of $0.41-0.43. Quest Releases Q2 Results
Irvine-based Quest Software is reporting revenues of $107.1M in the latest quarter, with a 16% year to year increase over last year. The provider of software for application, database, and infrastructure management. The company earned $10.7M in net income for the quarter. The results included the impact of the company's recent acquisitions of Imceda Software and Vintela. Quest reported that for the third quarter the company expects revenues of $111.0M to $114.0M, with full year results around $4 (More info...)

Homestore Reports Results
Westlake Village-based Homestore yesterday reported its second quarter results, saying that the firm had revenues of $63.3M in the quarter ending June 30th. The company had net income of $3.3M, compared to a net loss last year of $4.3M in Q2. The company also reported it had spent $4.2M in General and Administrative costs covering legal expenses for the defense costs of former officers in the company's SEC investigation. Fastclick Grows Revenues
Santa Barbara-based Internet advertising provider Fastclick reported yesterday that the company earned net income of $1.5 million on revenues of $19.3M for the second quarter. The revenue was an increase of 58% year to year from the second quarter of 2004. The company attributed the growth in its business from expansion of its advertiser base, diversification of its revenue mix, and the strength and quality of its publisher network.
