Partner One Acquires Fidelis Cybersecurity

Irvine-based Partner One said this morning that it has acquired certain assets of Fidelis Cybersecurity, including that firm's software, intellectual property, equipment, inventory and customer and reseller contracts. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Partner one is led by CEO Eric Moseman. The company says it is a "software conglomerate" focused on enterprise software.
