Qualcomm's Latest Lawsuit Against Apple Aimed At iPhone X

San Diego-based Qualcomm has filed another set of lawsuits against Apple, and is attempting to have a partial ban put on U.S. imports of Apple's iPhone X and iPhone 8 smartphones, according to legal documents filed by Qualcomm this week. The three patent infringement suits were filed in the San Diego Office of the California Southern District Court, and allege infringement on 16 Qualcomm patents. Apple has its own new set of patent infringement lawsuits against Qualcomm, which it also filed this week, as the two continue to ramp up their battle against each other.
