RentSpree Gets $17.3M In Series B

Los Angeles-based rental management software developer RentSpree announced this morning that it has raised $17.3M in a Series B funding round, bringing its total raised to nearly $28M. According to RentSpree, the round was led by Green Visor Capital, and also included Rally Ventures, the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), Venture MLS, ECG-Research, KEC Ventures, and Gaingels, plus existing investors 645 Ventures and Vesta Ventures. RentSpree said the new funding will help it expand its product offerings. Michael Lucarelli is CEO of RentSpree.
