RentSpree Launches New Offering

Los Angeles-based rental management software developer RentSpree said today that it has launched a new subscription service called RentSpree PRO. According to the company, the new offering provides a bundle of transaction and marketing tools for real estate agents, to help streamline the rental process. The company said the tool comes as a result of a challenging market, and helps real estate agents focus on rentals as home sales continue to fall due to a rising interest rate environment. Pricing on the new tool was not announced.
