SayNow, a developer of voice messaging applications for brands and celebrities, has been acquired by Google, the firm said Tuesday. The firm has offices in Los Angeles, in addition to its headquarters in Palo Alto. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. SayNow was venture backed by Shasta Ventures, Tugboat Ventures, and Altos Ventures.
