Semtech Ships Data Acquisition Chip
Camarillo-based Semtech has shipped a new, ultra low power system on a chip targeted at data acquisition. Semtech announced today that its new SX8801R ultra low power, high-resolution system-on-a-chip (SoC) is used for data acquisition in micro-electro-mechanical (MEMs) sensors. The new device is targeted at battery operated devices, and uses in consumer, medical and industrial systems.
