ServiceNow Acquires Loom Systems

ServiceNow, the developer of service management software which has major operations in San Diego, has acquired Loom Systems, an Israeli company which develops artificial intelligence software used for IT operations management. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. According to ServiceNow, the deal will help its customers can prevent and fix IT issues at scale before they become problems. Loom Systems' becomes part of ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) products.
