Arcadia-based Siimpel, a manufacturer and designer of optical switching components and subsystems, has quietly raised $21.5M in venture funding. The round has not been announced, but was disclosed in the quarterly PwC/NVCA MoneyTree Report over the weekend. Siimpel had previously raised $20M in a venture round in November of 2005.
