Snap Aims AR Tools At Business

Santa Monica-based Snap, the parent company of Snapchat, says it has rolled out a new toolkit to help enterprises integrate augmented reality (AR) into their products. According to Snap, its AR Enterprise Services (ARES) allows businesses to integrate its AR technology into their websites, apps, and physical locations. Snap said the first adopters of its technology are in the retail area, with Goodr, Princess Polly, and Gobi Cashmere all integrating the tools for "AR Try-On".
