Snapchat Adds Parental Controls

Venice, California-based Snap announced this morning that it has added new parental controls to its app, which lets parents limit the type of content their teens can access on its app. According to Snap, the new feature for its Family Center, called Content Controls, specifically allows parents to filter out Stories from publishers or creators that may have been identified as sensitive or suggestive.
