SpaceX Rocket Targeted For Use This Week Designed For Manned Flight, Reuse

The SpaceX rocket which is being used in this week's satellite launch is specifically designed for manned flight--and for sending astronauts to the International Space Station. SpaceX mentioned the rocket being used in the flight is a Falcon 9 Block 5, which is designed specifically for re-use and ease of parts replacement. The launch will be the first for the new design, which reportedly will only require a quick inspection between launches, and could be used up to 100 times. The launch, from Florida, is targeted for Thursday.
