    Superscape To Be Acquired By Glu Mobile
    San Clemente, California-based Superscape Group plc, a developer and publisher of mobile games, is being acquired by Glu Mobile, a mobile games developer, Glu said Wednesday. Glu Mobile said it is offering 10 pence in cash for Superscape, worth approximately $36M in stock for Superscape. The offer makes the deal worth approximately $25M, taking into account $11M in cash that Superscape has on its balance sheet. Superscape employs 135, and also operates production facilities in Moscow and Fleet Hampshire, UK in addition to its San Clemente headquarters.
