    Tanner Research Expands

Monrovia-based Tanner Research, a developer of electronic design automation software for the semiconductor industry, said that it has moved to a larger headquarters in an expansion of the firm. Tanner said that it has moved from Pasadena to Monrovia to more than 21,000 square feet, to accomodate growth in sales and staff. The firm will retain its R&D facility in Pasadena for manufacturing micromachines. Tanner develops electronic design automation (EDA) software, tools, and services, and currently counts Microsoft, IBM, Intel, and others as customers.
