The Honest Company's Alba Joins Yahoo Board

Jessica Alba, the actress and co-founder of Los Angeles-based The Honest Company, has been named to the board of newly private Yahoo, which recently went private via a $5 billion acquisition by private equity investor Apollo. Alba joins the board of the company, along with former Los Angeles venture investor Fouad ElNaggar (co-foudner and CEO of Array and Sapho), Aryeh Bourkoff (LionTree), Michael Kives (K5 Global), Cynthia Marshall (Dallas Mavericks, AT&T), and Katie Stanton (Moxxie Ventures). Yahoo is currently run by Ceo Jim Lanzone, who joined Yahoo after serving as CEO of Los Angeles-based Tinder.
