TITAN School Solutions Acquired by LINQ For $75M

Irvine-based TITAN School Solutions, a developer of software used for managing school district meal programs, has been acquired by LINQ, a developer of school district management software. LINQ will pay $75M for TITAN School Solutions, which was venture backed by Wavemaker Partners, Cie Digital Labs, Springboard Ventures, and RezVen Partners, having announced a $5.2M Series A funding round back in 2018. Founder and CEO of TITAN School Solutions, Brad Blankenship, will join LINQ as President of LINQ's new TITAN business unit and LINQ Nutrition.
