TrueCar Names Chief People Officer

Santa Monica-based online new and used vehicle marketplace TrueCar says it has named a new Chief People Officer. According to the company, it has appointed Jill Angel as its new Chief People Officer, reporting to Mike Darrow, the President and CEO of the company. Angel was most recently Executive Vice President, People at Leaf Group, and also had served as Vice President of Operations at Saatchi Art, in addition to serving at such companies as Cocodot, Swirl, GSI Commerce Soutions, DHL, and Airborne Express.
