TuSimple Discloses Efforts In Asia-Pacific

San Diego-based autonomous driving company TuSimple said this morning that the company is in an "exploratory process" for its Asia-Pacific business, which it says "does not currently include any plans for a divestiture or a similar transaction". It's unclear on the exact nature of the effort, but the company said the possible deal may include "opportunities to expand to other Asia-Pacific markets", presumably an investment or joint venture.
