Westlake Village-based ValueClick said this week that it has promoted three of its executives. Jeff Pullen has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer from his position as EVP Operations; Carl White has been named Chief Operating Officer ValueClick Europe from Managing Director; and Tom Vadnais has been promoted to Senior Vice President from his former position at GM of Mediaplex. ValueClick provides a number of internet advertising properties.
