Westlake Village-based ValueClick yesterday announced its 2005 earnings, and said that it would restate its 2004 results due to an error relating to its 2004 income tax benefit calculations. The company said that it will restate year end December 31, 2004 results, and results for the first three quarters of 2004, along with quarterly results for 2005. For Q4 of 2005, ValueClick reported income of $13.6M on revenues of $116.6M. For the year, the company earned 39.7M on revenues of $304M.
