Vistry Rolls Out Generate AI Chatbot For Online Ordering

San Diego-based startup Vistry says it has launched a new, "conversational AI platform for food commerce", which provides a chatbot which can take online food orders. According to the company, its AI Customer Assistant chatbot is called LumoChat, and is specifically focused on online orders, handling questions about menus, order pickup and delivery, and resolving customer service issues in real-time. The startup's founder and CEO is Atif Kureishy.
