Camarillo-based Vitesse Semiconductor (www.vitesse.com) announced it has added a new family of physical layer ICs for high speed networking applications. The company's Smart-LINK PHY ICs support optical and copper connections into OC-192/STM64 SONET/SDH, 10 Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Fibre Channel applications.
