Yardi Acquires Planimetron

Santa Barbara-based Yardi said today that it has acquired Planimetron, a provider of software used for space management by office, retail and industrial real estate owners and operators. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Yardi says it will rebrand Planimetron's products as "Space Manager", and incorporate it into its CommercialEdge platform.
