San Diego-based BidShift, which develops software-as-a-service for managing healthcare staffing, said Monday that it has appointed Michael Saddik as Executive Vice President. Saddik joins BidShift from Covad Communications, where he was Vice President of Sales. Saddik has also previously served at NextWeb. BidShift's online systems allow healthcare workers to bid for schedules, and help hospitals and other healthcare organizations to better manage their staffing. More information »
