Corvel Buys Hazelrigg Risk Management Services

Irvine-based Corvel Corporation, a provider of healthcare IT services and e-commerce applications, said today that it has acquired the assets of Hazelrigg Risk Management Services and affiliated companies. Hazelrigg is a provider of medical management, clains processing, and technologies services for the worker's compensation market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
