Rubicon Project Grows Executive Team

Los Angeles-based Rubicon Project, the digital advertising startup which helps publishers automate ad placements on their websites via a real-time, trading platform, has expanded its management team, saying that it has named four new executives Tuesday. The two include a new Chief Marketing Officer, Julie Ginches; a new Head of Seller Cloud, Kaylie Smith; a new SVP, Product, Stacey Gomes; and a new SVP, Operations & Strategy, Ingrid Lestiyo. Ginches was previously at DataXu; Smith was previously heading up APAC efforts for Rubicon; Gomes was most recently at ZeroChaos; and Lestiyo was previously in charge of product management for Rubicon's mobile development.
