Shield AI Gets $300M More

San Diego-based Shield AI, which is developing autonomous, AI-driven military piloting systems for drones, has raised $300M in equity and debt, as part of its Series F funding, according to a report. the debt came from Hercules Capital, but it's unclear who provided the equity portion of the round. Shield AI has so far raised $500M in that Series F funding, and is now reportedly valued at $2.8 billion.
