Shield Snags $2.1M For Crypto Security

Los Angeles-based Shield, a company developing Web3/crypto based solutions for protecting users from online scams, said it raised $2.1M in a funding round last week. The company said the pre-seed funding came from Kraken Ventures, Eterna Capital, Alchemy, Moonpay, and others. The company says its co-founders are Luis Carchi, Isaiah Udotong, and Emmanual Udotong. The company says it is developing tools to prevent crypto exploits.
