    Siafu Adds Data Replication Support

Poway-based Siafu Software, a provider of IP storage appliances and software, announced today that it has added block-based replication for encrypted data on its SAN appliances. The feature adds asynchronous replication between its appliances, at no cost. Asynchronous replication is used by data storage users to replicate data between remote sites, for data protection and backup. Siafu is a developer of iSCSI storage hardware.
