    Silicon Wave Ships Bluetooth IC


    San Diego-based Silicon Wave (www.siliconwave.com) has shipped a new single-chip IC which provides Bluetooth capability combined with CDMA. The CMOS chip provides a low power, low cost method for manufacturers to provide CDMA and Bluetooth capability. The company is developing low power, highly integrated RF communications systems for the Bluetooth wireless market.
