    Strix Deploys In Netherlands

Calabasas-based Strix Systems, a developer of wireless mesh networking systems, said today that it has deployed its systems in Groningen, the Netherlands. Size and financial deals behind the deployment were not disclosed. Strix said that its systems will be used in a pilot of a city-wide wireless mesh network. The system is being deployed by Unwired Holdings, a wireless broadband operator, supported by Alcadis, the European distributor for hardware from Strix.
