TeleFlip Launches Mobile Information Service
Los Angeles-based TeleFlip has launched the firm's mobile information service today at the DEMO 07 conference, unveiling a new service that allows mobile phones to receive email, calendars, and online content feeds. Teleflip said that the service will be available in the U.S., Canada, and Western Europe in March, and that the new service will be free to users. The firm's services are targeted at providing smart phone-like capability to any wireless handset. Teleflip is venture backed by Global Retail Partners (GRP).
