West Hollywood-based Ticketmaster said this morning that it has completed its aquisition of web tickets marketplace TicketsNow. Ticketmaster, which is owned by IAC, had previously announced the acquisition in January. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. TicketsNow provides a marketplace that allows users to sell music, sports, and other live entertainment tickets. TicketsNow will continue to operate from its two Illinois locations, and continues to be led by the existing management team.
