Fan Appz Ties Into Twitter
Santa Monica-based social media marketing startup Fan Appz has tied its customer feedback and social media marketing product into Twitter, to better allow brands to interact with their fans and followers, the firm has announced. The startup, which is led by Jon Siegal, said that its new Twitter features allow brands to take polls, create hashtag games, give users rewards, and more, to help them collect customer and prospect feedback. Fan Appz is developing social media software to help brands convert their followers and fans into actual customers.
