Westlake Village-based J.D. Power and Associates has teamed up with a San Diego-based organization to certify companies for technology service and support. The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) and J.D. Power have rolled out an award for technology companies that meet or exceed its standard for technology service and support. The joint program features a set of best practices for technology service and support, and includes a link to a J.D. Power and ASsociates customer satisfaction survey. The certification includes specific requirements for assisted and non-assisted support, field and depot service.
