ServiceNow Buys Mirror42
San Diego-based enterprise IT software company ServiceNow said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired Mirror42, a provider of cloud-based IT and business intelligence software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. ServiceNow said it has begun offering Mirror42's products to its customers, under the new name ServiceNow Performance Analytics. ServiceNow said the buy adds advanced, predictive analytics to applications on its platform. Mirror42 was founded in 2004.

Ixia Drops On Revenue Report
Calabasas-based test equipment and software maker Ixia dropped 25 percent in trading Tuesday, after the company announced revised financial results for its second quarter. Ixia said this morning that its total revenues for Q2 were expected to be in the range of $114M to $116M, down from an earlier guidance of $119M to $122M. Los Angeles-based YouTube network Fullscreen, which was created by former YouTube executive George Strompolos, has launched a brand new product today, aimed at providing analytics and other information to video creators. The company said its new Fullscreen Creator Platform is a "brand new mission control for YouTube success." The IdeaLists Raises $1.7M For Creative Marketplace

ETAP Expands In Brazil
Irvine-based ETAP, which develops software used in the design of electrical power infrastructure, said today that it has opened up a new office in Brazil as part of an international expansion. ETAP said the move comes in response to "strong, sustained" interest in its products. The office is its first in South America. ETAP's line of software handlines everything from analyzing cable sizes and capacity, to renewable energy calcuations, to transmission line design.

Organovo Moving To NYSE
San Diego-based biotechnology developer Organovo Holdings, which is developing 3D, bioprinting technology, said today that it is moving from the OTC markets to the New York Stock Exchange. Organovo said it will move trading of its stock, under the symbol ONVO, to the NYSE MKT, the NYSE's small growth company exchange. Organovo is developing 3D, bio-printing technology aimed at creating human tissues in 3D. The company is currently aiming its technology at accelerating the drug delivery process.
